DTL software does not support VPNs or proxy servers because structural analysis is related to public safety.
The software is licensed, not sold. All right, title and interest is and remains vested in DTL. You may not rent, lease, or lend the software. DTL never authorized any third-party to sell or distribute our software on behalf of our company. DTL do not provide software LOGO changes, but purchasers may add text and update LOGO picture on the pdf outputs.
The individual developers of the software might have other employers besides Daniel T. Li, Engineering International Inc. These other employers are not participants in the development, ownership or sale of the software and have no responsibility or liability for the software accuracy or performance.
DTL intends that the analysis is accurate and reliable, but it is entirely the responsibility of the user to verify the accuracy and applicability. The entire liability of DTL shall be limited to the purchase price. DTL cannot refund your payment if the software sent out.
DTL may terminate your right to use the software if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA and all parties to this Agreement expressly agree to exclusive jurisdiction within the State of California, USA. No choice of law rules of any jurisdiction apply.
